"I was incredibly appreciative of the opportunity for this program. I have already applied so much of what was shared. Your entire team is outstanding, and Dr. Amanda is simple the most open-hearted person I have ever met. Many thanks for all you poured into this program!"
"Thank you SO much for the workshop. It was both life changing and mind blowing. I am thinking about starting an anti-racism study group with some friends (via Zoom of course). I wanted to make sure it was ok with you to use the materials from the resource guide."
"Dr. Amanda Kemp delivers highly impactful and effective training. The mind/body/heart approach of “making space for transformation” gave me tools to prepare for and sustain my intentions and actions. Dr. Amanda’s diverse team of facilitators provide incredible mentoring during small group exercises. I highly recommend this training for anyone looking for a restorative, collaborative, and energized path toward heart-felt growth and leadership."
"This is the 2nd workshop I have taken with you. I always feel a very strong connection to you - your story, your methods, your messages… I have a multi-ethnic family (black ex-husband, multi-ethnic daughter, hispanic son trans-racially adopted through foster care). I have been on this journey for a long time and have been struggling with everything that has been happening in the world lately - for so many reasons, but particularly as I help my children process it all. Your messages speak to me and have helped me tremendously. Thank you for your work and for coming into my life at just the moment I needed your message. :-)

Fridays Dec. 4th and Dec. 11. We meet each day from 12:00 - 4:00 pm EDT.
Absolutely! We wake up every day in a racist society where we are taught to devalue or fear our cultures. People of color also need to regularly clear out the biases against ourselves and other people of color.
We offer customized trainings for people of European descent and People of Color. We spend time together in multiracial groups and in racial affinity spaces. This allows Black and Indigenous people of color to take a breather from White dominance. It also allows European-Americans to ask questions and reflect without harming people of color.
Consider the cost of not taking action. When you don't address racial bias, it interferes with your relationships and can cause conflicts, unnecessary heartache at work, and in your organization. What's it costing you in stress and lost energy to walk around on egg shells?
Yes! We show you how to shift your environment at home and at work. You will learn concrete steps to re-condition your subconscious towards justice and connection.
Yes! If you are willing to find out how color blindness harms people of color, you can adopt a justice lens that promotes equity and connection.
Yes, if you'd like to experience our heart based approach. We make self-love and compassion practices central to our work for racial justice.
You'll learn practices that you can take with you in your own work and development.
Also, most of us are also always engulfed in white supremacy culture in North America. It's a good practice as facilitators to put ourselves in trainings that help us to examine ourselves and challenge us to take the next right action for us.
You will also get a chance to "peep our game." Maybe you'll want to be a Racial Justice from Heart Facilitator. If you decide later to enroll in our Training for Trainers program, you will already have completed one of the requirements.
